We have now been running Ballroom dances in Mid-Sussex for 19 years. Serving; Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Keymer, Ditchling, Hurstpierpoint, Cuckfield, Lindfield and surrounding areas.

Our dances are a mix of Ballroom, Latin American, Jive and Popular Sequence dancing.

We welcome adult dancers of all levels, whether you are currently taking your first dance classes or are a more experienced dancer.

We play a wide selection of music so there is something for all tastes, to inspire dancers and create a friendly atmosphere. Beautiful music from past to the present day from our extensive library of music.  So slip on your dancing shoes and enjoy a relaxing time, dancing and socializing.


Our dances are held at:-

Adastra Hall, Keymer Road, Hassocks, BN6 8QH                                     


Adastra Hall has a beautiful sprung wood floor, comfortable cushioned seating and soft atmospheric lighting, ceiling mirror ball and stage. Free adjoining car park and free parking outside on road. The hall is within the beautiful Adastra Park and Gardens and close to Hassocks main line railway station.


If you wish to reserve seats, please contact us and we will do our best to oblige!


Our afternoon Friday Tea Dances - start around 2.00pm, with doors opening at 1.40pm and finishing around 4.30pm.  Admission £10.00 per person includes tea, coffee and cakes.


You are welcome to bring your own drinks, snacks and nibbles to our dances.

Raffle and Charity

The Charity we are supporting for this year is Cancer Research UK. We donated £377.00 for our Finance year 2024 / 2025 to Cancer Research UK. Many thanks, to our dancers for purchasing raffle tickets, donating prizes and donations.
