Welcome to Strictly Dance Magic, a friendly dance club based in Burgess Hill, with dances held at Burgess Hill School For Girls, Keymer Road Burgess Hill West Sussex, where there is ample on site free parking.
For more details please see our Events and Where To Find Us pages.
Our next dance is Saturday 27th March 2010 Please NOTE; Although our February dance was held in the smaller Oaks Hall due to our usual hall being used for exams, our 27th March dance will be held in the usual larger Croft Hall. This will be our Easter dance.
Our entrance fee is only £4.50 per person for the evening, which is inclusive of coffee, tea and biscuits. The majority of our dances are in Croft Hall, which has an excellent sprung wood floor. Occassionally we use the Oaks Hall on the same site, when the Croft Hall is unavailable. We serve Burgess Hill and the surrounding towns and villages of Haywards Heath Cuckfield Hurstpierpoint Lindfield Hassocks and Ditchling in the Mid Sussex area and of course East Sussex and West Sussex . Our dances are a mixture of Ballroom, Latin American and Sequence dancing. We welcome adult dancers of all levels of experience, whether you are currently taking your first dance classes or are an experienced dancer who has been dancing for several years. So slip on your dancing shoes and enjoy a relaxed evening of dancing and socialising.
We play a wide selection of music so there is something for all tastes, to inspire dancers and create a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Dancers are welcome to bring their own drinks and nibbles.
We provide a mix of different dances throughout each evening, dancing to a wide range of music from our extensive library of music. Here’s a selection of the dances we regularly choose from during our evenings:
Ballroom Dancing - Quickstep Slow Foxtrot Waltz and Tango
Latin American - Dancing - Rumba Cha Cha Cha Jive Samba
Sequence Dancing - Including Mayfair Quickstep Rumba One and others.
Thank you for your interest, we hope to see you at one of our dances, please stop by again!
